Visiting the town of Aix-en-Provence<\/strong>, it\u2019s going for a walk through its food markets<\/strong>, visiting the Cathedral of the Holy Saviour, Saint Jean de Malte church, passing by the museum Granet, previously the Art School where Paul Cezanne<\/strong> was student, the streets in the Quartier Mazarin\u2026. on the great avenue Cours Mirabeau, les Caf\u00e9s with their terraces where we could sit and have a coffee, as the locals do.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ros\u00e9 Wines of Provence<\/span><\/h3>\n

Then in the afternoon we could go on a sight seeing-tour through the vineyards<\/strong>. I could organize a wine tasting<\/strong>. It will be a great opportunity to try the Ros\u00e9 wine. We will drive on the road Cezanne, <\/strong>by the Mountain Saint Victoire<\/strong>, it\u2019s for me one of the greatest site in Provence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Making ros\u00e9 wines<\/strong> has been a specialty in Provence for generations, an integral part of the \u00ab\u00a0art of living\u00a0\u00bb the region is so well known for.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wines of Ste Victoire<\/span><\/h3>\n

In 2005, the typicality of Sainte-Victoire wines was recognized with the creation of the denomination C\u00f4tes de Provence Sainte-Victoire.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The lands by the Sainte Victoire Mountain are great quality soil to grow wines. The Provence\u2019s weather, is sunny and dry, with rainy days in spring and autumn, the grapes varieties we grow are Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Ugni blanc, Roll <\/strong>grapes.<\/span>
\nAll those elements, le terroir<\/strong>, contribute to making a great wines.<\/span><\/p>\n
